END TO AN LEGENDARY ERA IN FOOTBALL, AS BUFFON RETIRES

One of the great legend era came to end as Italy lose to Sweden in WC play-off, Gianluigi Buffon retires from International football who made his international debut against Russia in 1997. In first leg Sweden beat Italy by 1-0 which pressure on Italy side to come back in the second leg. As Italy is known for their defence drew the second leg 0-0 in Milan and failed to qualify WC for the first time since 1958.                                                             Buffon said: "it was shame my last official game coincided with the failure to qualify for the World Cup. With the legendary goalkeeper team-mate Andrea Barzagli and Daniele de Rossi also ended their careers, Giorgio Chiellini is expected to join them. 
                    Buffon made 175 appearance for his country in 20-year of play. In which he lifted the Would Cup in 2006.
