Chelsea Sign Everton star Ross Barkley in £15million today. The 24 year old has singed a five an a half year contract with blues wearing the number 8 shirt from there side. On joining the Premier League champions, Barkley said: "I'm overwhelmed, I'm looking forward to it and I'm really excited to get started. To be given a fresh start at new club like Chelsea, it's unbelievable for me. I'm looking forward to continuing where i left off at the end of last season and hoping to improve and add more goals to my game." Barkley have already made 150 Premier League appearances from Everton, and has been named for England squads for both the World Cup and European Championships. While a hamstring injury at the beginning of the season has kept him out of play since August, which helped him to play for blues in all four competitions.
